Although the service at the shop was ok Telstras prices were ridiculously expensive and I eventually moved to Kogan Vodafone.

good sturdy company and good sturdy rates. very competitive and secure network. easy to operate over the phone or Internet with.

The service was not good because that it was very slow and that it took ages to get something sorted out. Apart from that they were pretty good!

i find the directory assistance in the call centere annoying i want to talk to a real person not a recording that frustrates you and gets it wrong. the accounts department is useless as you can hardly understand what they are saying and aren't helpful most of the time bring back the jobs for our country customers before profits. remember we pay your wages.

Telstra has its problems but since floating as a public owned company the customer service has improved and has remained the largest abd best telco service in Australia in spite of all the foreign owned competition undercutting their prices with 3rd world country labour.
