The staff here are friendly and try to be helpful. Unfortunately it is a very busy shop and not easy to get service. Generally when I have waited around and been served I have had my problem's solved except for the last time I went there when the person serving me didn't seem to have a lot of idea about what he was doing and he set up my phone all wrong. This was unusual though as usually they seem to do the right thing.
Staff here always seem friendly but it is a very busy store! I bought a brand new phone which was faulty; they sent it back to see if it could be fixed and 2 weeks later issued me with a new phone. Would have been awesome if the first phone had worked or if they had replaced it on the spot rather than the 2 week wait....
