This is the second time that I have attended the store and once again we were treated with respect. Anthony did a great job explaining all my options etc and had a great deal of patience especially that I am not tech savvy. highly recommend them,

Changed from optus to telstra as a provider brought an iphone 4 told to go for a walk for 5 mins while the provider swapped over waited 1/2 hr then went back to the shop the service hadn't changed over they would not let me talk my new iphone home even though i signed the contract they said they had to wait until it swapped over. I has no phone for the night because late evening the provider swapped over and my phone was locked in the shop they did not prewarn me this would happen and i had just started a new job for which i needed my phone i do not recommend this shop at all never has it happened before when i changed providers and got a new phone

Went in to unlock my mobile and the service was friendly. The staff were approachable but the cost of unlocking is too high.

Purchased a new Blackberry.
This is the only place I will buy a phone, ask a question or change a phone plan.

staff great know there stuff competitive prices product knowledge second to none great phone manners excellent a credit to the name telstra. if it wasn't for these guys i would be with another carrier

they have done quite a good job in introducing me to their deals, knows the products pretty well. have a lot of friendly staff there. very happy to deal with.

Everything from buying phone to changing plans to bill queries and swapping faulty phones. The service is great and if they are unsure they are happy to find out (unlike the other stores that just say they don't know or it can't be done).

I bought a mobile phone from Chad at Stud Park Telstra. He was really great working through the options of what would suit my needs. He deals a lot with business customers and really knows how it all works - and from my experience that is a big deal when it comes to negotiating through Telstra's products!
