After shopping around for a price on a replacement air cooler this company was a great deal. Very fast and efficient of installing our cooler aswell as taking the time to explain everything to me .

After doing my research and organising a few quotes for installation of 4 x split systems to a new townhouse, I decided on Temp21.

Imran was extremely professional and courteous right from the initial call. He provided expert advice on what would best suit my requirements and provided me with various pricing options for me to choose from. I appreciated his open communication and did not feel pressured which made me feel like I had made the best choice.

Imran and his team really paid attention to detail on the day of installation, even liaising with the Site Supervisor over the best options for installation to my home. This eliminated holes being cut into the plaster which we initially thought was going to be the case. Job was completed the same day and I couldn't be more happier with the product that was recommended and installed for my needs. When we needed to replace our 21 year old ducted heating unit, we got quotes from 3 suppliers for the installation of a new unit and return duct. Imran gave us 3 quotes covering 3 different options- from basic replacement to a full new build. We accepted the middle option which involved relocating the return duct. Great service highly recommend fast and efficient would use them again

After obtaining quotes from various companies Imran came to my property in Gordon he advised me on the best system for the climate we have. Talked about every aspect of the system pros and cons between systems etc. he answered any questions I had and I felt at ease with him as he knew what he was talking about.
After my own research I decided to go with Temp21 for my aircon and heating. The installation of my daikon system with a tablet control panel went of without a hitch, imran, Jason and efe were professional and easy going.
They taught me how to use the system and even called back in the evening to make sure everything was ok. They helped me set the app up on my phone. I highly recommend temp21 and wish all trades do the job these guys do. Well done!

Temp21 Installed ducted gas heating with add on cooling for my whole house, including the duct work, and a wi-fi thermostat compatable with google asssistant technology. I can now heat or air condition cool my whole house through the same vents, via voice commands using Google assistant technology. Imran Khan provided everything I wanted in heating and cooling.
