Ellese did an amazing job at arranging my Grandma's memorial. Nothing was too hard, she listened to us and gave us exactly what we envisioned. It is said by many sometimes we walk amongst God's angels, some we can't see or notice we could have met some never giving it a thought. As our valleys are low and the mountains seem too high, our pain and darkness we fumble through to find the light. And when you think there's no one who cares your pain is too much to bare along came three angels who took us by the hand and led us to the path of light and their names are Elise, Sharee and Shannon. Of which we can only say " thankyou for caring and for what you did for us and our little Blake who gave a mighty fight through his short 3 months of life. Shannon was so understanding of our needs and knew how to deal with different members of our family to make the experience hassle free and give us the space we needed to say goodbye to our dad in our own way. No question or query was too much trouble. We were well cared for by Ellese and her staff. They were most professional and respectful in all areas of their work. A number of relatives commented the same. Our Son was farewelled with much love and honour and we thank Templeton Family Funerals for their part in that.

Templeton's provides a genuine caring experience. Unlike some of the big franchise type funeral homes, the Templeton family take a personal approach as its their business. They were very organised and helpful and took the time to make the whole experience ( which is such a sad time ) much more bearable. The venue where we had Mum's funeral said to me they had never worked with such professional, caring funeral directors before. I hope I don't have to organise a funeral again, but it I did, I would call Ellese.
