To those who are finding it difficult to get a booking please call 131440 and ask for Bridget please understand that we have a massive back log of jobs
Regarding price's we are the most competitive company and can beat most price's but to those who wish to protect a $800,000 property and are winging about the price I ask you have you looked at the price of getting rid of termites and the cost of repairs when there is no insurance company that will cover you I'm glad you're driving around in your Merc or BMW but please note that they are not an investment but you are very happy to insure it so why not insure the thing that will actually make you money and that is your house especially in Croydon as it is a well known termite area Croydon Bayswater Kilsyth Montrose Lilydale and so on if you wish to take a risk with one of the biggest investment's you have, all good but we will just laugh when you get termites not if because it's just a matter of time

Absolutely hopeless, don’t use this company or Termguard system.

They don’t return your calls. I’ve been waiting for two months for them to book in a Termguard inspection and refill.
Usual line is “we will call you when we are in the area” but they never call, they will never call you to book it in. They do however continue to send emails stating your service is overdue.
Don’t waste you time and money with this rubbish! NOT WORTH IT!
Never would have got this system if I knew how much hassle.

I got my warranty re -instated recently and requested for a certificate of warranty for 3 weeks. They cannot give one. I had one given to me 10 years ago. Sent a copy of that to reissue a similar one. Nothing doing. So rude and adamant they don't issue such now. Only an inspection report coupled by an email to say warranty is active - that is also after calling 5- 6 times the below person. See below.

I had a Termguard termite control system installed in a new home in 2006. Since then , the Termguard service has been appalling. I have paid for all inspections and system re-charges (not cheap at all) yet year after year they cancel my warranty because the work "has not been done'. Instead, it is their paperwork not being processed. Year after year, apologies, "it won't happen again", and next year, same thing.
Then, two years ago, I am told a system re-charge can't be done because a re-charge point is buried under a concrete footpath. It was true. My question is, how were the two previous re-charges, which I paid for, done? Despite promise after promise by their local supervisor, no-one from Termguard will contact me to explain what is going on and sort out the problem. Meantime, my termite protection system is useless. What a rip-off.

We build a new house and we have to have a termite control every year so that we have our warranty for the house. Someone same to do the control early this year and explained to me that he will check for any water leeks in and outside the house as termite are attracted to humidity...and so he did...and he said everything was perfect. This was in the morning. Lately that same day I moved a little basket with books in my room so I can vaccum the carpet and discovered the carped underneath was mouldy and full of water. I call Termguard straight away and complained about their control explaining the situation. I assumed and still think that they should have discovered the water leek that was in my room and was coming from the shower ( they checked the room and the bathroom as well) but they said they don't move furniture ... furniture in my case was a small basket with books that even my 5 year daughter can move... they would not accept any fault, not even consider a refund for the job they did...they think there job was done properly and they didn't have how to discover that k\leek because of the basket... as I said before, the leek was from the shower and they checked the shower as well and I had no 'obstacles' in the shower ...wouldn't recomend them at all
