As far as fine dining goes, this one takes the cake for this part of the world and is the purest brand for a locavore in my opinion.
Not only is it fresh, but the chef deserves all the praise heaped upon them.
Try the beef, lamb or chicken and you won't be disappointed. In fact, try them all if you can! And that's just the mains. Try fit in all their other courses too.
