I am extremely satisfied with the conduct of John and the work of Kim. Kim was meticulous, neat, tidy and understood and delivered exactly what I wanted. His tiling skills are exceptional. The quote given by John was especially reasonable. I would highly recommend John & Kim for any tiling jobs needed. I will be recommending them to anyone needing tiling work in the future. John took on the difficult job of completing and fixing the half-done job by a previous cowboy tiler who stuffed up my bathroom. There were some setbacks as John discovered more and more poor work by previous tiler, but John persevered through it all until I was very happy with the end result.

I have learned the importance of hiring a good tiler. John's tiles were straight with minimal even gaps and well sloped to floor waste, which clearly stood out as superior to the work of the previous bad tiler I had.

John communicated very well - always advised what time he was coming in and always explained the different options for laying out tiles, etc.

I would recommend John to others for a decent job.

John and his colleague Kim did a great job with perfect attention to detail. I cannot recommend John enough - he wasn't the cheapest quote but the job he did was fantastic, value for money and came with a lifetime guarantee which I feel is important. If you need any type of tiling done I would recommend contacting John.
