Tgi Fridays Carousel my god what a sh#t hole dirty sticky crap over tables hygiene of the place is atrocious staff kept walking over dirty knife on floor 7 times.! Food OMG what a rip off.!! Chicken in glaze so dry you needed a drink to get it down chicken in quesadillas also sooooo dry no way they use a chef food was bland awful.! If you have no taste buds and dont mind paying a fortune to be ripped off then go there.! Worst restaurant i been to in awhile.!$146 for chicken glaze chicken quesadilla and nachos and entree calamari and 3 drinks.! NEVER EVER AGAIN.!

First time i have been to TGIF. Have to say that the food was really good. It has a great lay out and found it was a great place to catch up with friends. Will definitely be back.

pretty good atmosphere and nice food, the prices are pretty good for what you get. I love the free coke refills. Staff are usually pretty friendly as well. Long wait on food usually. was given a free meal one time due to a Lonnnggg wait.

loved this place the food was excellent the strawberry daiquiris are just to die for could of just had a couple of them for lunch, the manager very nice and friendly

First time we visited there had a great time and food was pretty good...However the second time we visited eventhough we had a booking we had to sit at the bar for 20 mins as there were so many tables that had not been cleaned yet, finally got a table then waited another 20mins to order then finally got appetizer after quite a long wait kids were starving by this time so had their meals come out with the starters..the food was not that great the pork ribs were over done, kids hot dog was not nice at all!! I had the fettucine alfredo and i can tell you now there was no sauce!! It was bland just tasted like cooked fettucine with chicken and mushrooms thrown in was very disappointed!

Went to TGI's with my daughter. Went around 4pm and it was very quiet. LOTS of tables free everywhere. Were told to wait 20mins at the bar (told her we wouldn't buy anything but had to wait anyhow) finally pager went off. Had to wait another 15mins at our table to place our order. Order took FOREVER to arrive and we witnessed our order do the rounds of three other tables to which they tried to deliver it. Finally got order - food was very nice. Had to wait for bill, bill was incorrect so had to wait longer for the free kids meal to actually be FREE. Waited a long time for manager to correct this. Finally paid and left after nearly 1 1/2 hrs for a quick dinner. Not impressed.

Went to TGI's tonight. The service by Tahlia our waitress was great. The atmosphere is fantastic. The food was delicious. Second time visitor to this restaurant location and will be back. Essential to book as it is always busy.

Went to TGI Fridays on a busy Saturday night for dinner. the customer service from our waitress was excellent all night. The food we ordered was quality for what we paid. The only downside of going to here was the waiting time to receive our food.

Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would come again.

Absolutely amazing! This place is a cut above the rest. The staff are so funny and make your experience that much better. The manager Matt is by far the best in customer service/satisfaction I have ever come across. Will definitely become a frequent diner here.

We went for dinner with friends mid week. We were seated quickly, and orders were also taken quickly. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. They can eran 'well done' pins, and sometimes felt like they were over-doing it to earn their pin.
It is really loud here, was hard to hear each other over the music.
Our meals came and we were quite disappointed. I had the JD chicken, which was overcooked. The mash and vegies were both covered in pepper. I'm all for seasoning, but this was way too much. My partner had the JD pork, which was also over cooked. The special JD sauce was nice.
We also had a chocolate brownie/popcorn dessert to share. was quite good, we asked for cream on the side and was covered all over the top.
I think for what it is, its quite expensive. Most mains are between $30-$40. I can get much better quality meals elsewhere. We won't be in a hurry to go back there.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE TGI Fridays! I'm soooo thankful they exist in Melbourne FI-NALLY!!! A restaurant in Australia with EXCELLENT service! You will find no other restaurant as professional as this one when it comes to customer satisfaction! :) This has been rated my family's most favorite place to dine out.

Although, it may be a little pricey in some areas.. you get what you pay for. So, the food, the service, the cleanliness & the ambiance are out of this world! I pray & hope that other restaurants will learn from this one & teach their workers about excellent customer service.. ((make note "La Porchetta"! lol. PEOPLE LOVE GREAT SERVICE!!! Not crap-service!)) Thank you TGI Fridays for making an excellent standard for others! You rock!!! :D \o/

Btw, it's opened later then most places! That is a PLUS in my book, due to our crazy family schedule.

I absolutely love love love TGIF in Fountain Gate. The service is amazing. We were served by an American Waiter from Texas. She was so funny and kept us laughing all night. Our all-time favourite is the Deep fried Mac and cheese if you haven't tried it before give it a go you wont be disappointed! Wings amazing and jack Daniel's burgers are soo yummmmmm! So if your looking for a good night out with the family def try TGIF Fountain Gate!

Great night out for wife and I, had planned to go to a movie after dinner, but ended up staying at TGIF longer than expected. Meals were great and dished up in a timely manner. Food was reasonably priced, maybe at the higher end, but the amount on the plate you weren't left wanting more. Happy hour drinks are also a winner. Great night.

First went the second day of opening and it was packed. The food was delicious! Service was not great due to so many new staff and a very busy restaurant. Would go back despite this service as I understand it takes some time to get things underway when opening a new restaurant. Was reasonably priced too.
