Can not say enough positive things about this place!! Food is delicious, very good value for money and staff are very friendly. I visited here with my daughter and they were very accomodating of her allergies giving us informed information about ingredients. They were also happy to let us share one meal.

The manager of this store is VERY pushy, almost forcing you to try on shoes which you are not interested in and forcing a sale. The shoes are good, we've been buying them for years now from other stores however will not buy from the Skechers concept store at fountain gate again, will shop online or buy from other stockists as I did not enjoy the forceful nature of the manager in securing a sale.

My family has been visiting the Cuckoo for many many years for special occasions. The staff are very very friendly, the food is wonderful, the show is entertaining and its a wonderful night out and different from anything else in the area. Coming from a German family, we have made many special memories at the Cuckoo.

Went to TGI's with my daughter. Went around 4pm and it was very quiet. LOTS of tables free everywhere. Were told to wait 20mins at the bar (told her we wouldn't buy anything but had to wait anyhow) finally pager went off. Had to wait another 15mins at our table to place our order. Order took FOREVER to arrive and we witnessed our order do the rounds of three other tables to which they tried to deliver it. Finally got order - food was very nice. Had to wait for bill, bill was incorrect so had to wait longer for the free kids meal to actually be FREE. Waited a long time for manager to correct this. Finally paid and left after nearly 1 1/2 hrs for a quick dinner. Not impressed.
