Been driving past for a while and finally decided last night to try this place for takeaway.
Small shop in the allyway ,clean, good lighting.
can sit down to eat or takeaway.
Parking outside is a plenty in the st.
Basic asian decor.
Friendly girl who took our order and fast service . Cooking was quick.
open tue to sund from 5 pm.
Hub ordered pad thai ,I ordered singapore noodles. Prawn spring rolls and normal spring rolls.
Well the containers were small plastic takeaway tubs only filled about 1/4 from the top and we couldnt tell which was which. Had to read the menu again. My singapore noodles wernt what I was expecting with hokkien noodles. There was a lack of any flavour. Carrot slices were burnt on the edges ,3 pieces of broccoli and cauli and some carrot. The sauce was bland. Hubs pad thai had no hint of peanut or sauce ,I even had a taste and the noodles were over cooked to the point of almost being mash.
The spring rolls were hot and crispy but again bland. Everything tasted the same. The sauce for the spring rolls wasnt the usual rich red sauce but a bottled variety I am used to from coles and don't buy anymore because its really tastless sweet n sour.
All up with a bottle of drink it was $43 which I thought was a lot for the amount of food we got. 2 small meals a bottle of drink and 7 spring rolls. $7 for 4 finger length spring rolls I thought was a bit much. Meals start at $17.
Wont be trying again unless its under new management ,sorry

Approximate cost: $17
