Very relaxing and very clean shop and big room
Went there with my partner we have a up room just us .lady there look after us so well

Me and my friends had the worst experience here. They firstly booked us at a wrong time. When we arrived there the owner admitted she made a mistake and asked us to come back in an hour which we couldn't as we had other commitments so she told us to come back the next day. To our utter surprise when we returned the next day they again told us they made a mistake and booked only for 1 person. Instead of trying to accommodate us or be apologetic they kept arguing.
Finally after a fair bit of phone calls back and forth with the owner they took me inside. The massage itself was soo average and painful. The room was so dirty, and throughout had lights on and no music. The lady went out atleast 7 times in between, and kept talking to the other staff in thai. After all the mistakes you would expect some compensation but there was none at all. All this made me angry at the start but by then I found it unbelievably funny. I have never come across such pathetic service in my life. Instead of feeling relaxed this experience was rather stressful for all of us! Never ever would go back or recommend this place to anyone!
I would just like to offer my apologies once again for the error that made at the time of your booking. Unfortunately, errors are made and we always try or best to rectify these mistakes, which in this case I was hoping we had reached a satisfactory compromise to accommodate your booking as requested.
I have spoken to my staff since reading your review to try and understand your comments and there seems to be some discrepancy between there account of your visit and your review. I understand that you were disappointed that your original booking had to changed, and I apologies again for that, but comments made do not reflect the service we offer and the efforts we make to ensure all guests enjoy there time with us.
Thai Harmony in Mornigton is the best thai massage shop ive been to. Soon as you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff who look after your every need. Nice big clean private rooms so you can relax and pamper away. Had a quick shower after treatment and left the shop feeling brand new.
