Kelly from Shellharbour is rude & just lost a $400 sale for two pairs of shoes my partner & I were going to buy. I rang her up to get the name of a shoe I tried on the night before, she refused to give me the name because she was scared I’d go somewhere else to buy the shoe. I told her I could just come in & get the name anyway. She refused to then let me speak to a manager. This shop is a franchise & they don’t care about you getting the right shoe for your foot. They just want the sale. Go to a corporate store, not a franchise. I won’t go there again & will be telling everyone I know to steer clear also.

Fairly small range, but all great quality and relatively inexpensive. The best service available for buying shoes.

These guys are very friendly ready to help you out in any way, fit your shoes, the downfall is they are pretty pricey
