I really can't fault this wonderful hotel- it's in a fantastic position- offers wonderful food- priced to suit every pocket and every occasion- live entertainment- Great special offers over the week- STEAKS to die for as are the varied sauces- just a lovely lovely place to take mums n dads Nan's n pops Kids too - a place young people love and older people love - staff are so so friendly - easy parking - on the esplanade- great views too- really is a place to go whether for fun for business or for functions and special occasions-

Was really dissapointed with the service at this hotel/restuarant. There was a large group of us who went for lunch. Most of us were not from the area. I only ordered the soup of the day and around ten minutes after all the meals came out I went up and polietly pointed out which table I sat out and that I was waiting on a soup and she snapped back at me and was quite rude. Then my soup came out straight away and she ran off as I tried to point out that she also didn't bring me a spoon. So I had to wait at the counter for a spoon and they handed me a table spoon and were also rude. My partners beef burger was terrible and he could not finnish it. One of the other burgers we ordered without tomato sauce and it came out with it when we checked on reciept where it clearly stated no tamato sauce. My partners burger also came out with double pinapple when he asked for no pinapple which was also written as we ordered on reciept. It was really dissapointing as we were there for a birthday and also were gettting an impression about the whole of Hervey Bay. One mistake we can understand but a few is a bit much as the restuarnt was not busy and there is no need for them for them to be rude
