I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. The larger I got, the more digestive and other health complaints I suffered. I'd tried the commercial 'fads' and whilst having some success in losing weight, the other health complaints remained and ultimately I would quickly find the weight again. Then I met The Body Doctor. Naras always took the time to fully understand both my dietary and lifestyle habits. He then provided guidance and suggestions and together we would set goals. The biggest thing I appreciated with Naras is that he helped me find my own way. He did not write me a comprehensive dietary plan telling me exactly what to eat, he knew that was not the solution for me - for lasting weight-loss and ongoing health, I needed to learn to change my eating habits in a way that was natural for me. With my having a busy job often involving travel, Naras even took the time to teach me how to find my way through restaurant menus and fast-food eating. Every step of the way, every trip and fall, he was supportive and patient and would provide me with the guidance, advice and suggestions of resource tools, and leave me to make my choices. In this way I have truly learnt to eat healthy without it being a 'diet'. I have lost over 50 kilos, am successfully maintaining my weight, I feel fabulous, have visibly healthier skin and even my previously chronic asthma condition is now virtually non-existent. Thank you Naras for helping me to smash this one out of the park!

I needed to lose a lot of weight before my first Muay Thai fight and Naras really set me up with the knowledge, tools and discipline to make it happen. I lost a heap of weight, maintained my lean mass and had heaps on energy on fight day. Naras is a former asia pacific champion Kickboxer with something like a 5th degree black belt in Zen Do Kia! Because of his fight experience he had a lot of empathy for what I was going through and helped me through some tough times. I won by knock out in the 3rd round thanks to Dr Naras!
