Very cool bar - nice ambience and good selection of cocktails. Does get quite busy on Friday / Saturday nights though so get there early.

We had lunch at The Botanist for Father's Day lunch. We loved the vibe and design of the place complete with hanging plants and framed scorpions on the walls. Service was fantastic, our waiter was very friendly and attentive, giving us some great recommendations for food and drink. We started with a round of creative cocktails and wines, which were lovely. For food we chose the special Kangaroo carpaccio, grilled haloumi with eggplant chickpeas and romesco, pan fried snapper w. peas chorizo and chive creme fraiche, 2 x beef sliders, and an assortment of tacos. Highlight for me was definitely the Kangaroo, which I had never tried before but was pleasantly surprised. For dessert we had the 2 specials - millionaires shortbread and the blueberry dish, which were both beautiful! I will definitely be back and recommend The Botanist for anyone who enjoys a relaxed bar style restaurant, perfect for sharing with friends.

Great place to meet friends for drinks. Staff are friendly and the place has a great vibe.

Such a lovely place to relax on the weekend. We went there an d loved the place and its ambiance. The food was great too. We had crab and prosciutto croquettes ball, kingfish tartare with avocado, jalapeno, and marjoram and spiced lamb skewers. All the food were delicious and we were happy with our choices.
