Box rental company has superior customer service done at their office that makes you feel valued and understood. All interactions with them I was comforted by the fact that the staff were able to clearly explain the processes and next steps of the drop off and pick-up of the boxes.
Box rental company is very reasonably priced compared to their competitors and they do not sacrifice price for reliability or service. They got rules to be wary of but once it is understood the process is super convenient. If I ever move again or need boxes for packing Box rental company will be my first call.

I loved the idea of using the blue reusable boxes to move without buying boxes at Bunnings or some other place that would eventually end up on in the dump. Using box rental company saved us a lot of money/hours on our moving company. Pretty much paid for itself. We moved thrice before we found these blue boxes, and I think because of it our movers finished way faster than even they anticipated! Labels (they provide) on each box meant the movers unloaded really fast without the need to pause and ask which box goes in which room. For these reasons I would indeed recommend the company to anyone.

I was moving from mount Macedon and to help move my stuff I needed boxes that I wanted to buy. But few companies I called we're quoting a high price to deliver the boxes all the way out to Mount Macedon. They said as there is an atleast 70km drive from the city to my location it was not feasible for a low delivery fee. anyways I kept trying to find a reasonably priced service that will let me buy and get the boxes delivered to me. The boxes rental company agreed to actually deliver the boxes for free if my order was a big one. Luckily I needed around 60 boxes, big and small. The day the guy from the company delivered the boxes I was happy to see the boxes were in good condition and looked new. I used the boxes for moving and it helped me well. Overall the free delivery aspect made me like the company. I will consider them for any future moving plans I may have.

Living way out in Mornington I was looking to get some boxes for my eventual move closer to the city because of change in employment. I have a lot of items that got to be boxed so I wanted to use atleast 40 boxes. I needed boxes also to keep my alcohol bottles as I didn't want to pack the bottles in with other items.

But an issue was that my new house is an apartment that doesn't have any personal garage where I can store the boxes once I am done with the move. This meant I had to throw the boxes away and I felt it was a waste of money. My buddy told me to try looking for companies that give boxes on rent. That's how I came across this company. I spoke with a nice lady who gave her estimate for renting the boxes . Delivery and pickup was included in the estimate and I felt that was noteworthy. They also gave complimentary labels and 5m of bubble wrap. That felt like a good deal to me and I took it.

On the day of delivery the team came in a van and dropped it off at my doorstep as I wasn't available. The small things like these made.me like the experience I had with the company.

I was looking for boxes I could use to put my stuff in safely before I moved. That's how I came across the Box Rental company as I looked for such boxes on Google. They were ready to supply cardboard boxes till the lady on the phone mentioned they have reusable boxes that I could just rent for a specific period of my choosing. That actually made more sense to me considering my requirements.

Additionally, the lady said the company will deliver the boxes and later pick the boxes up at the end of the rental period, That was a plus for me too.

The boxes were anyways dropped off by a man who also showed me how to use the reusable boxes and the boxes didn't need any tape to close it . The boxes did work as mentioned by their office.

I used the boxes well and the same man came to pickup the boxes. Do note they take a deposit to care for the boxes as if the boxes were damaged by me I had to buy the whole box. I made sure to keep it maintained and got my deposit returned at the end. Overall the experience was pleasant and convenient for me. Would recommend their boxes for the price and service they gave.

Being a new houseowner I was checking for an effective way to just get my items moved from my last rental house. I had bought quite a number of dresses, books, kitchenware, cooking utensils and other items that I didn't want to throw away without a good reason. For instance I had a carbon steel wok that I couldn't get rid of as Chinese cooking wok gets more effective with constant use and is typically more expensive.

Anyways I was looking for boxes that I can use to pack all the items and my friend suggested getting the reusable boxes on rent as it's stronger and more flexible than standard single use ones. That's how I found box rental company with me placing an order for 35 boxes, medium and large in sizes. I also wanted tall boxes to pack my clothes and they provided that too with bars to hang the clothes if needed.

I could see the boxes are reusable indeed and was delighted to use them. Overall I give kudos for the convenience I had with this company through their boxes and their overall delivery. I will indeed recommend their service for anyone.

We were accused of not returning all the boxes and our deposit was withheld. $100!
We pointed out that there were many explanations for the expected number of boxes not being there, including the incorrect number having been delivered. No reply.
A good idea spoiled by poor customer relations.
Not recommended.

This is a good concept, let down by the business practices of the new owner. When we returned the boxes, they were in the same condition as we received them and were perfectly serviceable. The company then took almost one month to look at the boxes, determine that several of them were “damaged beyond use” and deny us much of our deposit. Given the way this company operates, this service is actually very expensive for what you get. Buyer beware.

Worst customer service ever! The company doesn't deliver all the boxes ordered, and when it's queried with them, they don't bother taking the time to check their delivery processes. Merely say they take no liability and pretty much tough luck. I would not r commend this company at all! What started as a great enviro friendly concept is badly executed with the poor service and zero customer focus. Be very careful of their poor process that leads to not delivery the whole order and then claiming it was all delivered! Zero stars! But unfortunately had to put in one star to post!

1 star is far too generous! Would not recommend this company at all, they are THIEVES!
After I hired many boxes and they were picked up, checked and accounted for in front of me, they withheld $36 from my deposit for a box that was apparently damaged and one that was apparently missing. I asked for photographic evidence of the damaged box that they couldn't provide. This is bad service and I have told many colleagues in my office of 500 and family and friends about this lying, thieving company. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement.
