The Bump Shop

I brought my Skoda Superb to the Bump Shop for a quote. Other places will do it by photos but anyway I took the time to actually take the car there!
The "Assessor" was completely rude and said to me "Well this is a Shitty Job"
I said to him Well that's your job!?!?!
Took it elsewhere for a third of the price!

I was recommended by a friend to get my car repaired at The Bump Shop. It has a special paint job as the car is a limited edition. After my first visit I felt confident that they were able to do the job. Seriously the staff really are amazing. My car was completed a day earlier then predicted and looked amazing. I now highly recommend them myself and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great customer service, prompt quote & replies. I had asked if they could repair my car & gold it while I was overseas, to which they agreed. When I had to cancel my trip I asked if they could do the work sooner, to which they agreed, then I rang to ask if the car could be picked up earlier, Mark said he'd check & get back to me, which he did within 15minutes. I collected my car, inspected the work done & paid all within a short time, with pleasant conversation & was treated with respect & courtesy. I highly recommend Bump Shop for price, service, quality & courtesy.

If you're looking for an excellent panel beater who does quality work, look no further than The Bump Shop. They may not be the cheapest but if you have a quality car, it is money well spent. Extremely professional, courteous and the pride in their workmanship is evident

Bump Shop just did a minor repair to my Land Rover for free. I arrived without making an appointment to get a quote to fix some minor work and they just jumped into action and repaired the damage on the spot. What a great bunch of people with a clean and organised shop. I highly recommend them.

Would just like to say a huge thank you to The Bump Shop for the exceptional service I received yesterday! I brought my car in for a quote on a largish scrape on the front bumper. Within a minute of looking at it Leo stated he thought it would polish out and within 5 minutes had done exactly that! Amazing considering I had just previously gotten a quote from a different Smash Repairer that reckoned it would take 3 days and a couple of hundred dollars to fix! Everyone who I encountered was incredibly pleasant and helpful, from the first man (who greeted me before I had even stepped in the door!) to the receptionist and Leo.

I just wanted to reiterate what I said yesterday - you guys are amazing and if I ever have any other issues I will most definitely be bring my car straight to you guys.

I have had several episodes of contact with the bump shop. Each time the people were pleasant, clear with their descriptions and honest in their appraisals and timing. Workmanship very good. Very happy with them, and would actively choose the Bump next time I run into something!

The guys at The Bump Shop were an absolute pleasure to deal with. When I took my vehicle in for a quote they were both prompt and professional. They run a very clean shop and my vehicle was repaired in the timeframe they quoted to exactly "as new" condition. It was handed back to me washed and clean, all in all an excellent experience. If you have a Jaguar or Range Rover, this is the ONLY place to take it.

I have just received my hail damaged very near new car back after repair and although it did take longer than originally expected the extra wait has been worth every day. As has been my previous experience with The Bump Shop everything was handled most professionally and the end result is a car as good as the day I bought it. My experience with all staff was pleasant and reassuring. An excellent result.

They repainted my 1997 XR6 Ute, which had faded due to being parked on the glide path to Brisbane Airport & returned it to the showroom condition it was in when I took delivery of the vehicle in October 1997. Could not fault service in any way, & recommend them to anyone requiring the best!!!!

My family has used the services of this company twice now - once on each of our vehicles and we have had no problems at all. We have used them for both insurance and private work and nothing has been a worry. The cars have looked perfect when finished and the staff are friendly and helpful.
