When I had to cancel my trip I asked if they could do the work sooner, to which they agreed, then I rang to ask if the car could be picked up earlier, Mark said he'd check & get back to me, which he did within 15minutes. I collected my car, inspected the work done & paid all within a short time, with pleasant conversation & was treated with respect & courtesy.
