The cakes we received were the worst cakes we have ever had. We ordered two birthday cakes for our sons, and paid extra for sponge (one vanilla, one Chocolate) layer cakes with whipped cream and strawberry, so simple, what we received were two damaged cakes with two thin layers of inedible chocolate cake and a thick slab of extremely sweet custard, and two big ribbon around the cakes, which were so unhygienic. we spent so much for the birthday and cakes, and the cakes were so horrible that even the kids could not eat them and were very upset. they were so bad that I did not want to serve them to our guests but didn't have a choice as the kids were waiting. Majority of the first cake ended up in the bin, and we took the second one back to the cake factory to show them their mistake. Even my guests asked me where we bought the cakes from, so they don't make the same mistake. when we spoke to Tania form cake factory, she completely ignored our claim, and said we got what we ordered which is a big lie, as we have the email with the details of our order. no refund was made, and they just ignored the customer's dissatisfaction. This experience really ruined the birthday for our sons.
Please don't make the same mistake and never order any cake form this place. our experience was horrible and left us with bitter taste. They are not fair, nor honest, their trade is so wrong. they charge a lot for a slab of custard, which they call cake.

Love the cakes at this place. They are delicious and well priced. The lime Brulee, Tim Tam Cake, Peach Passion Mango Cheesecake and custard horns are my favourites. I have never been disappointed with the level of service here. Two thumbs up.

I bought a birthday cake and some petites for my birthday. What I like about the Cake Factory is that they offer a delivery service. I recommend the petite carrot cakes.

ordered a cheesecake from the cake factory for a birthday and O.M.G, its delicious! also ordered a few individual cakes and sweet pies for the office to share and I have never seen food disappear that quickly! Great value for what you get even when you include the delivery fees.

Have been there 3 times and received the most fantastic cakes. Always been a hit especially the cookie and cream cheesecake. Cakes can be a bit on sickly side if you have too much but otherwise a treat that's a pleasure to have.
