I ordered 2 large canvas prints - the second to replace the first, which I was not happy with. The transactions were easy; everything very user-friendly. My orders were dispatched quickly (~1 week) and arrived earlier then estimated. The quality of the finished products was very good and I was more than happy on all these fronts. But . . .
Colour was very important to me. I selected the prints from their website that would match my decor (which is neautral, sandy tones), on the basis of the photographs on their web site. The first print had a real crimson/magenta undertone, distorting the whole colour palette of the picture and making it clash terribly with my decor. I faulted it and requested a refund, to be told it was their policy not to give a refund, only a store credit. I wasn't too happy with this arrangement, but I returned the picture (at their expense - good experience here), and they got back to me acknowledging the colour shift. I then used my store credit to order a second print - a different one this time. I wasn't too hopeful, and . . . you guessed it - the second one also had a crimson undertone. So, 2 out of 2 failures, and 1 unhappy customer. Now I'm stuck with choosing between a print I can't hang or a store credit there's no point in spending because I have zero faith that they can reproduce the colours they are advertising.
So, my strong advice is request a test print if colour is important to you. Else you might not get what you were expecting.
