I heard an ad on the radio for a hands free car kit they had on special. It was a Parrot Bluetooth system. I called the tollfree number and the operator gave me all the options I neeeded for my phone and my car. She was friendly and the advice was genuine. I booked there and then & gave my credit card details. They assured me the card would not be charged until the job was done. That afternoon, the installer called me to schedule an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time, was courteous and knew exactly what had to be done. ( i was a bit nervouse as it's a brand new BMW...). The job was finished in 45 minutes and there was no visible damage or signs that my car had been worked on. I was relieved...
