Christmas has come along way in Australia from the English roasted fare and the tree, to decorating the house and having blown up Santas on your roof to lights every where. Thanks to the Christmas warehouse and all the stores that pop up at christmas that have moved Australians in general to the full on capitalistic American style bigger brighter is better christmas. get ready this store has it all. Except Service, the only real attention you will feel is the loving embrace of your credit card at checkout.

This place is a nightmare I want to pull my hair out when I visit. I can never seem to find what I am after and it takes ages to find someone who can help. Things are very cheap however if you are going make sure you are not in a rush.

Shopping for a Christmas decoration is always a challenge as it's busy everywhere and it's hard to get a good quality customer service.
Staff seemed fine and if you approached them you got some assistance.

I've just come back from shopping at the Christmas warehouse for my mid year Yuletide preparations, they have everything you could want and it is either tatty and you won't pay much or there are some good quality items but you'll pay more. I good a good range of lights and another tree, you can never have enough trees, just not enough storage, but it's all quite discounted at this time of year, I joined the VIP club on line which gets you a further 10% discount on your in store purchases. It's so much fun to do Christmas shopping at Christmas, but even better at this time of year as its way less crowds.

BEWARE - this company is dodgy! I have been waiting for a $280 refund for more than eight weeks now and despite having approved the return, they keep telling me 'the cheque is in the mail'.
