Extremely friendly, prompt service . Atmosphere is comfortable and clean.
Their coffee is strong, just how i like it. Their all day breakfast is tasty, prices are bit pricey, but it is worth it. Their cakes are scrumptious. Love the gooey caramel cheese cake. YUM!
A very nice seating area with beautiful setting and an excellent service. I love the coffee and the selection of sweets. i recommend it for anyone that loves a relaxing time after a long shopping.
Really pleased we found this one! After several fairly ordinary and poor meals (I will not mention the business names), it was a pleasant surprise to sit down in a great little cafe that serves nice coffee and tasty light meals. If I am in Preston again, I will certainly be back here! Cheers

The coffee is always of good quality just like all the Coffee Club outlets and the service fast. I ordered just before closing time & I was told I had to have is as a take away. Unfortunately as a consequence, I was charged an extra 70 cents but wasn't told about it. Other outlets don't have this extra charge so this was disappointing.
Service and quality is very good.
Waiting time was approx 8 min. Staff attends the customers with smile and efficiently.
Coffee was good and when you buy a coffee/drink for yourself, they offered a free babychino for my little one.

The staff are extremely friendly, the service is prompt and efficient. I wish other coffee shops could deliver their coffee as quick and efficiently as The Coffee Club in Northland. Not all C/clubs are the same, this group of staff work well together and are always cheerful and efficient. We share our coffee experiences in Northland but we prefer The Coffee Club. The coffee is alwaysconsistant, no matter who makes it.
I would not go here again the service is poor and the staff dont really care how they serve you costomer servive isreally need here I would never go here again
I am sorry to hear that, maybe you should give them another chance. I have never had any problems, and i have watched how they communcate with other customers, so it isn't just me that enjoys their service. The place is humming at the weekends, sometimes it is hard to find a table.
