I bought a hand bag, had a problem with it and it was sent away to be fixed, i was contacted by mobile a few days later to say it would be replaced. When the new bag was ordered and returned, i was contacted again by mobile. Their communication skills are fabulous. Friendly service and manner.

The staff are extremely friendly, the service is prompt and efficient. I wish other coffee shops could deliver their coffee as quick and efficiently as The Coffee Club in Northland. Not all C/clubs are the same, this group of staff work well together and are always cheerful and efficient. We share our coffee experiences in Northland but we prefer The Coffee Club. The coffee is alwaysconsistant, no matter who makes it.
