The Coffee Club

Very friendly service and our meals were served incredible quick - they arrived before our drinks, and that wasn’t a long time either. We said we would share a meal and they brought it out served nicely on two plates, perfect for a lighter lunch for two.

As a FORMER VIP member I would frequent the Redcliffe coffee club on a regular basis. My last experience, and I mean my last, was dreadful. There were 10 people in our group and we move some tables together only to be scolded by someone I am presuming was the manager. We were then ordered to go to the back of the store, only to find there was only seating for tables of 6.... Our waitress then proceeded to tell us that we can't move tables the way we did but they could be arranged another way. It was at this point I suggested they find us a table since I didn't care for a lesson on how we could arrange things or we would just find somewhere else to get coffee and cake. They found a table, by asking three people who were sitting at a table for 12 to move... What proceeded then was the worst customer experience I have ever had. The waitress wouldn't make eye contact, slammed our menus infront of us and virtually threw our coffees at us. It was pretty obvious that customer service isn't a priority.

Went for breakfast on Monday morning with the husband and the service was great and the meal tasted amazing. Young girl Heidi made sure we had everything we needed. They are in the process of getting a new menu so not everything is available at the moment but you know that before you order as they have a sign out. Prices a bit on the high side compared to others in Redcliffe but still a great place to eat.

One of my favorite pastimes is to order one of their magnificent Iced Chocolates (and they are amazing), and sit outside looking out over the jetty. While its the location that adds the most to the atmosphere, and the time can be a bit too slow, the staff are friendly and I know that I will always get a superior Iced Chocolate.

I had the chicken burger, which contained one bit of grilled chicken, lots of salad and about 5 chips on the side. Terrible coffee, average food and way too expensive!

You can tell this is a popular spot for a coffee because there is always heaps of bike riders there in the morning. We met up with 8 family members there recently for breakfast, and I have to say the service was outstanding. One of the people in my party was very demanding, and the waiter was very patient. Even got complimentary raisin toast

Dropped into the Coffee Club for lunch and waited 45 minutes from ordering to when the food made it to the table! Not the first time it's happened. Last time I thought they were just swamped but it seems to be a consistent theme there. When we asked what was happening the waitress told us there was a backlog in the kitchen and it would be another 20 minutes! Shouldn't she have told us this prior to taking our order? Overall terrible experience - we will never go there again.

The staff here are always pretty friendly, if usually quite busy. Service is normally pretty quick, and they make the best coffees in town. I've seen the staff deal with a few horror customers over the years, and I've always been amazed at how polite and reasonable the staff are.

Meals are fresh and appetizing. Atmosphere appealing. Good alfresco dining on the footpath and ok indoors. Very busy on weekends and need to book ahead on Mothers Day, etc. Tasty brunch menu. Great location just across from the Redcliffe jetty.

I went there for breakfast with 8 other family members. Even though we hadn't booked and it was busy, they found us a quiet table straight away. The coffees came straight away, and the meals not long after. The staff were friendly, and came round a number of times to check if we wanted more coffee etc. A lovely experience!

Friends and I have been going to the Redcliffe Coffee Club for years now. It used to be our regular catch up place for Sunday morning brunch. Over the years, their service has remained the same - very good - and we always enjoy the food. Added to this, the location is second to none - directly across the road from the water of Moreton Bay and the Redcliffe Jetty.

We went in and were served instantly they gave us free water and our coffee's came immediately, the view was great on the waterfront looking out to the jetty. Gave free mints as we left.
