It was my birthday today and I was feeling very lonely so I decided to dine in to the coffee club tuggerah with a mate and ordered two cakes a tea and a coffee. My friend Samantha told the waitress it was my birthday and to my surprise the waitress put my cake on a long plate and wrote "happy bday" on the plate in chocolate! I couldn't believe she went to that effort to make me happy. A stranger that she doesn't even know me. It goes to know how the youth has changed and evolved. I thanked her for it as it made me really happy and she said I was very welcome .Fantastic service from brittany she put a massive smile on my face. And the cake was delicious! I'll be back!

We were told to sit anywhere so I asked to sit at a sofa table and the staff member said sure and walked off so we walked ourselves to the only sofa table available. This table had the cups and plates from the previous customer still sitting there. The staff member who said it was okay to got to the sofa table literally forgot about us. We sat there 20mins with no menus and a table full of dirty dishes. No staff member never looked around to see if anyone needed anything, the staff member we spoke to walked past us numerous times and was even straightening the salt and pepper shakers 2 tables away from us and the manager stood and talked with the customers right next to us and never came over. Just as we were able to get up and leave another staff member noticed finally, apologised, bought us menus and started cleaning the table. All the dirty dishes weren't even clean yet and we had the menus for a total of 20sec when the first staff who "sat" us came over and asked if we were ready to order. We finally got our food, I literally had (no joke) 14 chips on my plate, I had yolk all over my plate (even though my egg was fried) and my partners baked beans were completely dry like no sauce in it. I asked the manager for a Coke Zero, this took another 10mins even though the manager and other staff were just standing lighting tea light candles. Literally worst Coffee Club. NEVER AGAIN.

Quiet Tuesday had lunch with a friend. The service was O.K. Staff were polite and the food was nice (not wow!)
The girl who took our order was a bit impatient and asked if we were ready to order just moments after we picked up the menu to read (barely just saw the first page) and then did not return for ages when we were looking to be served.... our meals were nice and the coffee was good

I had to wait forever to be served at this place. Sat on a table outside and watched them walk over and serve 3 other tables who had just sat down before serving us. The staff were rude and very abrupt. The coffee was cold and did not taste good. The food was very small portions for the price and didn't taste fresh at all. Had to wait at counter for ages just to pay our bill - we nearly walked out without paying! Definetly wouldn't recommend

Approximate cost: $20

Service here is TERRIBLE, the food always takes far to long to get to your table and more often than not your order is incorrect. I used to go here a lot but in the past few months the service and care factor of the staff has dramatically declined. I will no longer dine here.

Approximate cost: $20

We went here during the school hoidays and it happened to be a day when The Mariners A-League team were in centre court, so therefore they were very busy. When we sat down our waitress informed us that there was a 30 minute wait on the meals. We were in no rush so said ok. It ended up being closer to a 50 minute wait, but the meals were hot, yummy and fresh. Staff were very friendly, and took great care of all customers.

I went for a meal with my daughter, and the food was OK. The Salad was fresh and crisp, the chips were just warm and had obviously been sitting on the plate for some minutes waiting for the S&P Calamari which was hot, peppery and delicious. The floor was filthy in places, and the staff kept just walking by oblivious. The WORST moment was when a waitress walked partly behind the counter, slipped her hand down her skirt and scratched her butt. She then walked around the front, and USING THAT SAME HAND without washing it, served someone's coffee to them. Had she been my waitress I'd have refused the coffee. I will probably not return.

Approximate cost: $16
