Toilets were absolutley digusting! floors were grubby and stunk of urine.
The place is understaffed and the customer service was very poor.
Fries were squashed. Burgers were poorly made. Popcorn chicken looked like it had been overcooked and most pieces were mainly coating with virtually no chicken inside.
.... worst KFC in Australia.... very disappointing experience

The staff are very lovely and helpful. Prompt, polite, caring service. Just what to expect from a small business that gives honest personal service.

I was wowed by the service. A lovely young man, knowledgeable of the products and honest, supplied me with exactly what I needed at a good price.

Quiet Tuesday had lunch with a friend. The service was O.K. Staff were polite and the food was nice (not wow!)
The girl who took our order was a bit impatient and asked if we were ready to order just moments after we picked up the menu to read (barely just saw the first page) and then did not return for ages when we were looking to be served.... our meals were nice and the coffee was good

I am so happy with both the service and purchase of glasses at Specsavers Gosford.
Prompt, honest (especially when choosing glasses frames) and very well mannered, polite staff.
Service and value for money... I will return here

Very disappointed - very limited selection and no choice what individuals want on their own meal - wanted to purchase a meal but could not have it without BBQ sauce -all pre made + glass cabinets all fogged up and moist and could not see what items were for sale properly
