As a regular customer I have found the coffee here of consistent quality, which is excellent the quality of food on offer is fine,the staff are friendly, courteous and helpful; the Coffee Tin is easy to recommend. William

Perfectly located in this shopping centre, plenty of seating and plenty of choice whether it be some delicious cake or cookies or maybe just a coffee. Service is quick, staff could just be a little friendlier.

My girlfriend thought the cookies looked scrumptious and I was wanting a coffee so we found a free table and placed our order. Coffee was ready almost instantly, very nice and my girlfriend enjoyed her assortment of cookies. A much better experience than previously.

Was doing some shopping nearby and decided a coffee break was needed, found a free table and my coffee and cake was ready within a couple of minutes. Quite delicious and very satisfying.

The staff here are very loud and yell when your order is ready, no need for that as all the tables are close by. One person in particular isn't so friendly and is quite moody, I have noticed this over my last 3 visits. However, I only return because we enjoy the coffee and snacks.

My husband and I had lunch here at this cafe which is outside KMart. Managed to find a table and we enjoyed the sausage rolls, milkshake for one, and coffee for one. A good spot to find for a quick simple bite to eat

Their customer service seems to be lacking at the moment, very slow and very loud. I finally sat down awaiting my coffee when I heard a voice yelling out that my coffee was ready, this voice was extremely loud, certainly turned everyone's head in my direction. Why couldn't she walk over or just speak with a normal tone as i was only about a metre away. I just wanted a quiet relaxing coffee, oh, and my coffee wasn't up to scratch either. Not such a great experience on this occasion.

The Coffee Tin was extremely busy last week, no seats available so I returned a little later as I didn't want to miss out on my usual coffee here. Always find the staff to be great, coffee delicious and their sweet treats very moreish.

Will never recommend this place, have been a few times and the service has always been terrible with rude, unfriendly service and the coffee awful. The final straw came the other day when they got my order wrong and refusing to accept responsibility for their mistake. Instead she told me that's what I ordered which is incorrect since I don't even drink the coffee I supposedly ordered. Most other coffee shops would make you a fresh coffee with no charge whether it was their mistake or mine.

Was picking up my pre-order from EB Games and with such a queue I decided to wait a while and then enjoyed a coffee here with a mate. The Coffee Tin is in the best location, you cannot miss it, very convenient, plenty of tables and they have many food offerings including donuts and freshly cooked biscuits. I picked up a few for my girlfriend.
