Really nice bakery situated in a convenient spot. This was a very quick stop on the way to somewhere else, but the steak and onion pie and vanilla slice were just the perfect thing for a pick-me-up on a cold day.

All the other baked goods looked very fresh and nice. Pleasant serving person and quick service.

Approximate cost: $6- 8

Wonderful cakes and sandwiches. Their savouries and pies warm you up on cold days. You can't beat their chocolate log cake or mocha ring!

Delicious pies, pasties and good range of sweets but very pricey.
Best thing: I love their pumpkin & ricotta pastie. Other favourites are lime tart and vanilla slice. They also do a great plain meat pie.
Worst thing: Expensive & not open Sundays. Often run out of pies too early.
Staff: generally friendly, but on one occasion I was disappointed they wouldn't accept a $50 note & asked me to go and break it somewhere else
Food: hot pastries & sweets = yum

I ordered a Chicken Schnitzel in a roll at 10am and was very disappointed. The chicken schnitzel was so dry it was like plastic. There is no way this schnitzel was cooked on the same day. The bread roll tasted like it was baked yesterday morning as it was very hard. I couldn't eat it. I won't go back there.

Approximate cost: $7
