I found the staff at this business very helpful and have proved on several occasions to provide service further than what is expected eg: take the time out to contact a customer on behalf of another service provider to be able to provide a client with a product at their earliest convienience.

I recently laybyed a bike for my son's birthday and they were very helpful with choosing the most suitable bike for him. They had long lay by terms and were more than happy for me to leave the bike with them until the big day after I had paid it off.
