We tried for 4 months to get doors fitted, through 3 sub-contractors The Door Store put us on to, but were not willing to take any responsibility for. The 1st two took weeks to come and give a quote, then, we either never received one, or had to chase through phone calls and emails, to no avail. Third door guy was friendly, we waited the SIX weeks to have two simple doors made, then on the day of fitting, the contractor said The Door Store had either lost order, given doors to someone else or ... He couldn't get a firm answer. Either way, 4 months later we are at the start, no doors, looking for new, trustworthy, reliable company. Avoid at all costs.
