Personally I've found the reception staff here quite pleasant. The doctors okay and they also have extra services like counselling provided here at certain times. Yes there can be a bit of a wait, but what bulk billing practice doesn't have this at the moment? Overall an okay place to go especially for basic medical things.

i have been going there for two years now, i can always get in to see a doctor and everyone is friendly and my doctor is lovely, will continuse to go there.

I had to take my mum to this surgery on a regular basis as her GP works there however I don't particularly like this surgery as the reception staff "customer service skills" are severely lacking and at some times rather rude, also the wait times are extremely long even though we had an appointment each time.

Generally quite friendly. A bit slow, always have to wait for doctor even with appointment. Mind you, I generally only visit in the afternoon so I guess the waiting time is to be expected. They bulk bill which is very important to me as I hate paying for healthcare that should be free. They also have female doctors which is important too.

the few times ive been there i found long waits,infact one time they had skipped me on the list.
considering the wait it would be good if they had magazines or toys for while your waiting

The service was fast and it always manages to get you in. Service needs more quality and professional doctors with better training for sensitive topics. I would only go their if it was something minor not for anything private.

I had to take my daughter for her 4 month shots and the lady was incredible and very friendly.. i think i've found our new family doctor and only a short walking distance from home..

the best surgery ive ever been to and finally a surgery and doctor that bulk bills my doctor is always available and if he isnt they squeeze me in so i can see him they go out of there way to help you and my doctor always listens to me and always belives me when i know there something wrong even if other doctors cant find a source i was recently diagnosed with lupas after many years of losing babies and been in agony i went to my doctor here and he sent me straight to a specialist he knew and trusted and because of my doctor i had an answer
