Prompt and efficient service. Service was immediate, friendly and the job was completed to my satisfaction. Needed a call back but that was carried with courtesy and professionalism.

I phoned early on a sunday morning,the operator said he would have a plumber call me when he is leaving to go to our home. Within about 15 or 20 minutes Paul rang to advise he was about 10 minutes away. Paul very quickly assessed the problem, told me how he was to tackle the problem, and got to it. All through the visit he was explaining what he was doing. It turned out someone had painted the junction of two pipes at ground level and then used the glue...when it should have been glue first then paint. Paul was very competent and he was on his way after only 45 minutes. The cost was in line with any service call on a sunday morning and we were releived to see the problem fixed. We would strongly recoment the service we recieved and especially Paul.

I engaged Fawcett plumbing for a complete Bathroom Renovation and update on my Unit. They were exceptionally professional. Troy C was the foreman for the job, and he ensured that the quality of the work was exceptional at all times. He went above and beyond by helping with tile selection and also selection of all tapware and fit out items to ensure that the bathroom looked fresh and modern. Troy ensured that all the trades needed (tilers, electrician and painter) were booked in on the days required and they knew exactly what was needed to be done. Andy the electrician is extremely knowledgeable and gave great recommendations for energy hot water system and lights that were economical. He even had suggestions on air conditioners that were good quality and energy efficient to run. I will definitely recommend Fawcett Plumbing to everyone I see, and I will definitely use them again.

We have used them twice now. They arrive on time, are polite, clean up after themselves and most importantly give options for repair ie this is cheaper however this will last longer and let you choose which you prefer.

Corey did a great job unblocking my kitchen sink and drainage. He was punctual, explained the costs involved clearly and knew exactly what was needed to be done. He also conducted necessarily tests to ensure that the blockage is completely cleared.

Rang Fawcett Plumbing to get a quote for the replacement of our broken hot water system.
Their website says "Get a free quote" but they charge $66 to come out and quote (deductible if you decide to go ahead on the spot, which we would never do) unless they happen to be in the area. A bit misleading and disappointing.

The hot water service died the day before Christmas, the system was promptly replaced by Courtny of Fawcett Plumbing before midday in the blistering heat.
Three weeks later, Paul of Fawcett Plumbing began excavations down the side of the house, redesigning and replacing the waste water piping which had been damaged by conifer roots, and an immaculate clean-up after the job was complete, all by mid-afternoon. Paul was very helpful with the explanation of all aspects of the jobs that he carried out.
We grabbed a handful of fridge magnets advertising Fawcett Plumbing to hand out, we're very happy with their knowledge, efficiency, friendly manner. A very professional outfit and we're more than happy to spread the word :-)

Efficient, affordable, honest, friendly. Another company quoted me $500.00 to dig up the pipes in my back yard, Fawcett just cleaned the pipe out and charged $175.00. I'm happy as Larry.

Quick Office response re booking/appointment times was appreciated. Ben & Ryan arrived as promised on 2 separate days, paid close attention to relevant explanations/instructions & proceeded with the job. Both men worked conscientiously resulting in positive outcomes. Ben's problem solving skills in particular were well tested in a somewhat difficult working environment. Overall communication with both plumbers was easy, effective & friendly - highly recommended.

Re value for money: that's a grey area, even more so for a financially struggling 92 year widow like my mother. Many plumbing firms claim conditional no-call out fees & pensioner discounts, but in reality the final cost is very much determined by time spent on labour & the cost of materials - a bit more up-front transparency could/should be available here,

Sunday morning I called Fawcett plumbing in Two Wells as I had a bit of an Emergency. I spoke to Mark and explained what my Emergency was. He told me if he came out it would cost me a lot or I could do it myself and he would talk me through it, I took the latter advice. He said I could get what I wanted from Bunnings,also if I was unsure when I got there to give him a call. I got the job done and didn't require any further assistance.so thanks to Mark it was sorted. Ryan gave me a courtesy call prior to arriving spot on time. After a chat about the problem and symptoms, Ryan took a look at the problem hot water service and quickly prioritized the likely faults and costs of each option. After approving the work, Ryan's analysis proved to be accurate and he quickly had the unit repaired and tested operational. I am so happy that I found a plumbing and electrical company that can work at my rental properties on the very day I contact them. The workmanship was fantastic and the reports I received from my tenants were positive... unlike other companies I have used in the past, the price for the work was a lot less than I thought it would be and when they left, the tenant didn't have to spend time cleaning up.
