Fawcett provided a fantastic team who delivered high quality service every step of the way … Communication with the office was prompt, polite and professional when they responded to a request for an emergency call out to assess an issue with the hot water service at our rental property late on a Thursday afternoon. The plumber/gas fitter (Gordon) provided a thorough and professional assessment, made the necessary calls and promptly started the ball rolling to fix the problem - even though it was now early evening it was not too much trouble (which was to replace the whole unit as the ol' system decided after 18 years it had had enough!). We are very grateful for the professional, friendly and thorough service that was provided the next day by Gordon (plumber/gas fitter) and Dave (Electrician) to ensure we had hot water up and running as soon as possible, and working without complaint into the early hours of the evening. I had problems with my evaporative air conditioner. the repair man came along and stopped the leak. problem was that he didnt have the part with him so another person had to come back (a week later) and attach the part. at least there was no call out fee but it was more than expected and I think because he had to come back. dealing with office staff has been very good and professional. problem is that the leak is still there and I will have to get them to come back again.
