A great Irish pub with filling meals at a reasonable price. Ignore the undeserved reputation the Fiddler has in the media. It is a great place with a good family atmosphere esp. on weekends.

We celebrated Mother's day at the fiddler and the atmosphere was great as was the food. They supplied all the mothers with flowers which was a nice touch. There was heaps of entertainment for the kids which kept all the mums very happy.

The meals aren't the biggest size for the price, but they usually taste good. They have quite a bit of variety in the meals which is good, but also the staples of schnitzel and steak and kids meals. Friday nights in the woolshed are the best time to be at the fiddler, only time that is better is when Seattle Sound are playing.

I used to be a big Mean Fiddler fan but since the renovations it seems to have gotten a bit too big and the quality has suffered because of this, the food is OK but certainly not great, average prices, quick service. The setting is nice if you go earlier in the day or on a weeknight, weekend evenings get a bit crazy.

i ate her for my 18th and it was great then.... brilliant atmosphere that they seem to have lost with the renovations... not to worry though as it's now a great place to party the night away with your friends!!!!

Good Value dining. Offers KIDS EAT FREE ON Monday to Friday Night. Specials on these nights for adults include a free wine or beer. Kids play area and outside covered dining - no helps to keep the noise down. Free parking

For what the food actually was, it was pricey. I have had better quality food and it was alot cheaper and the presentation of the food was better. The atmosphere got better as the night progressed and the entertainment was also pleasant.
