Have been to every fish shop in Toowoomba, over 5 years they had the 2nd worst fish. I walked out without food but I’m never going back as I’m sick of the endless petty allowance rules and price fluctuations which changes according to whoever is on the cash register on that minute. Last week there was a homeless person’s loud 5 minute long fight in the centre while I was eating outside. Red Edge Centre has 3 shops folded.

I have found Red Edge Fish Depot to be fantastic. Never had an issue. Once forgot one piece of fish, called and went back and was given a freshly cooked and extra chips. Always friendly, and nice.

On ordering pleasant staff member. Other staff member very rude. Raw chips and bites in seafood basket. This staff member was told and said "No they are cooked." Very rude in his look at the problem. Water oozing from bite and chips not fully cooked through.
Have eaten here before and commented to friends how nice it was. Well we will be commenting to friends now not to go there.

After several positive recommendations, I have been to The Fish Depot to pick up dinner on 2 separate occasions. Both times I have found the service provided to be appalling and on both occasions, the order has been incorrect or not complete. The first time, after confirming with staff that the order was all there, I left the business and was half way home to find out that several parts of our order were in-fact not there. On returning to the business, the missing parts of the order were provided without as much as an apology.
Conceding that this may be a one off, we again decided to try the business for dinner tonight. On returning home with my order I found it to be significantly incorrect (Sea Scallops and Large Spring Roll were misplaced by a Dim Sim and Calamari).
On returning to the business, and on advising staff with my frustration and disappointment with the inconvenience of having to return to have the order rectified, I was ridiculed and belittled.
The food is very good, however customer service is extremely poor.
