On the whole sales people very friendly and helpful I an existing customer so was not surprised at amount of furniture in warehouse!! My biggest complaint how much they charge for delivery!! No problems getting up to arpartment no hassle getting up charge double of any other furniture place$240 and then to top off left 2 boxes furniture in corridor un professional
Trader/ epping you need to address this.If you want more business you must give full customer service turned me off a bit silvia

Unreasonable delivery charges and extra labour charges for stairs
Delivery charges and labour charges will add up to prices higher than other furniture stores. So there is no point having cheaper prices unless you own trailers or can organize free transport and installation.
Unusual refund policies
A tallboy worth $749.00 as the sale price ended up costing us $939 because we were charged $90.00 for the delivery and $100 for the labourers to carry it up the stairs. I am sure we could have bought at least 2 good quality tallboys for the same amount, with free delivery and installation.
No instructions provided for assembly or dismantling for most of the products we bought

I'm a regular customer. Have bought thousands of dollars worth of items from this store. 2 weeks ago I bought a sofa and a matching armchair, they are still in the box, unopened. I found out that my mother in law has purchased the exact same set and put it in her living room. So I called to see if I could return them or exchange them because they are unopened but they said no. Just a cold dry no. I know your terms and conditions state no refund but just be flexible for once. Look at my name in your system to see how much I've bought from you. I can't believe how stiff they are. I was asking to replace and it would even be more expensive but no, just no. I need more furniture and furnishings but never again will I give you my business. I'll take it elsewhere

Booked few items from this store in May, 2018 and got half of the item quickly and rest supposed to come in August slipped to October. As per the marked instruction when the delivery came I paid the delivery fee $70. The driver asked for the balance amount in cash which I told I don't have the cash, can you bring the eftpos machine which he was not carrying. I offered them to come with me to the nearest ATM to get the cash. I told the driver to wait for few minutes so that I can arrange someone to look after my sleeping child. I told the driver that I can't leave the house and get you the cash. I need few minutes so that I can arrange neighbour or someone else. Driver started saying to me that he can't wait and he don't cared what I am asking him. Driver decided to take all the delivered items back to the truck. What a horrible situation? As a best customer service this shop should train their driver and they should have given me an option to pay. When I called the store manager to report this event he was yelling on me and in the whole conversation he used the words like "shut up, I am threatening you, I will cease you deposit money, It is my decision to give you furniture even though you arrange your own delivery method."
Store manager (epping) requires training on how to be polite and do best customer service.
He was asking me to pay double the delivery charge ($140).
For just 10 km distance they charge 70$ which is quite high he want me to double the delivery.

Just spent over $4000 in the store tonight. By the looks of the displays, all products looked of high quality. Everything i asked for was in stock which was great. Delivery booked for Tuesday! Customer service could have been improved, but i was there to shop, not to socialise.

Appalling service . They lost a $2000 sale from us as they couldn't deliver for 3 weeks as the trucks were "going the wrong way" - whatever that meant. The items were sitting in the storeroom and we live 20 minutes away.
Not apologetic at all, they didn't care one bit.

Great service and fantastic quality for money Very friendly service. Store was well set out and delivery was within the next day. Will be coming back!!!!!

Initial contact with staff fine when purchasing dining set.
Back and forth over phone to have chairs replaced, initially sent out of the store with chairs not balanced, replaced balanced chairs but faulty. RUDE store manager no custom service skills - told me ÿou get what you pay for - and after I had to return with the store with 6 chairs and have them replaced with you pick the 6 best.

It was a good experience, i was welcomed upon arrival and was very pleased with that because i don't like turning up somewhere that is trying to sell me something and they don't greet me. And i was helped very good.
