item in mind they get the assistant who is most qualified in that department to clarify things

the staff have plenty of knowledge and are very helpful.They have a large range of well known brands and also a number of cheaper ones. I have found their prices very competitive. We recently returned a dvd player under warranty and were very pleased at how quickly it was repaired.

Recently we have had two separate dealings with The Good Guys in Cannington. Both have been good experiences! The first involved our new vacuum cleaner. A screw (something so simple) came loose in the handle and it needed to be fixed as it wasn't handyman accessible. The appliance was returned promptly and without fuss! The second involved computer hardware that was not deemed faulty, but wasn't working either. The staff at The Good Guys were great advocates on my behalf and were able to get the manufacturer to authorise a return on the item. We were very happy.
