I requested a refund last September and they were only able to solve it early this month.

WORST customer service I have ever experienced, even the manager David was incredibly RUDE. I find this unacceptable as customers are the backbone for their business. Without customers, they wouldn't have a business but at this Mile End franchise, customers are apparently not important. I will never shop here again and will go to other franchises of The Good Guys where customers are valued.

Would be good to see more female sales assistants on the floor ( all the ladies appear to be cashiers?). Good service on the occasions we have been there and pleasing to see a large business that is proactively assisting local charities. Good range of products and plenty of parking.

Went to purchase a fridge for my Mum and had to chase down some assistance, people everywhere but definitely avoiding eye contact, what is with that from assistants? I had money in my pocket and had come in to buy - good range, good prices but the service was very poor indeed - finally got someone to assist who did not have a clue about the products on offer, overall a very disappointing experience

Went into the store on a sale and asked for assistance for a washing machine. The worker just showed me what they had but couldn't tell me anything about the unit but insisted on selling me a $1400 washing machine that I was told was made in Germany but after looking on the back of the unit when the salesperson left was made in Thailand. Obviously the workers were trying to just get me to buy something overpriced so they can get a good commission but what's the point when they didn't even know anything about the products they were selling? Won't be going back there.

Good prices but poor service is what lets this store down. Was very disappointed to have to wait around and basically chase someone down to gain assistance. However once they did help saves hundreds on the tv i was after. I do frequently shop there but because i know how good they are with prices. and because i now know that to get service you really have to fight for it.

Came into the warehouse and was pushed out of the way by an employee trying to reach for a pen out of another employee's pocket. Searched for ages put could not find the item I had seen advertised. The sales people were no help, and wouldn't notice us, they were too busy standing in a narrow isle talking to each other. I was tripped up a couple of times by things on the floor and employees in the way. I consider myself lucky that in the end I didn't actually buy anything, the line up to the checkouts was huge.

This place is the best place to buy household items, they sold me one of the best fridges for 1000 and the normal price at a different store was 1450! go to the good guys they are unbeatable.

Normally, you pay less if you pay cash.

Bought a dyson vacuum, and we were very impressed with the service, product and knowledge. The sales assistant wasn't too pushy and offered us a great deal upon purchasing the demo model.

Approximate cost: $1000.00
