I took my mother there to purchase a dishwasher and told the workers we wanted something good, but all they wanted to sell us was a a german branded dishwasher for $2000, then we asked if they had anything else to show but that was $1500, and $100 less for cash, the salesman told us if we wanted something good then we need to adjust our budget or go for a cheaper brand. We wanted something for around $900 which we did get in the end but not at this store.

One of the best places I have experienced for a hair cut. The staff were friendly and helpful and were able to cut my husbands hair properly, they gave both of us a rinse as well and a massage and it was brilliant! My husband's hair cut was only $28 for a cut and they washed his hair as well, you definitely don't get that service almost anywhere else.

The shop is full of all kitchen appliances and everything is pretty much everywhere, everything was cheap and they did have some nice displays set up for the appliances. I bought an oven, cooktop and rangehood for only $950 and saved about $500 on the appliances when compared to another retailer for what they were giving me. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable in what they are selling you which is a first for my experiences.

Went into the store on a sale and asked for assistance for a washing machine. The worker just showed me what they had but couldn't tell me anything about the unit but insisted on selling me a $1400 washing machine that I was told was made in Germany but after looking on the back of the unit when the salesperson left was made in Thailand. Obviously the workers were trying to just get me to buy something overpriced so they can get a good commission but what's the point when they didn't even know anything about the products they were selling? Won't be going back there.

If you want something different for a dining experience just try this place. I couldn't believe the brilliant types of food you can have and for me the way I ordered I had small amounts of a large variety of really delicious food. Brilliant service and even better food. This is something if you want to go a little more upmarket in food without spending over the top.

Bought a set of kitchen appliances from them for a new kitchen I was doing for a rental property for a cheap price. After 1 year the appliances have started to fall apart and I wanted someone to fix them and I found that they weren't under warranty any more. The products are horrific and the staff were unhelpful and put me on hold for 20 mins without any help and told me we can't do anything about it.

Great affordable dinner, meals were presented well and - as a rule you get what you pay for, it wasn't expensive but it was definitely a great night out.

Purchased a 'supposedly' top of the range Ariston washing machine, but in 3 years after paying $2000 for the unit it broke and couldn't be fixed. Harvey Norman were no help in solving the problem and just said "sorry I can't help you because it's out of warranty!" Pathetic when I found out they own part of the company and make a fortune off of it! I have spent 3 weeks without a washing machine because I can't afford to fix it let alone get a new one. Make sure that you do your research before you buy the product and don't listen to lies.

Well I went looking for appliances, wanted a nice oven for my new kitchen but didn't want to spend too much on it. I didn't realise how expensive ovens were. I didn't allow in my budget for $1500 for a standard underbench oven. I was planning to buy my oven and cooktop for that. Mind you service was ok but I couldn't afford to spend so much and they didn't have anything nice to offer that was cheaper.
