I have bought a few items from Good Guys Mt Gravatt in the past and most recently a JVC Stereo System. Originally looked on the internet for this particular system and it showed they had in stock (they were one of the few that had it). The price on the internet was quite competitive but when I got to the store the ticketed price was actually higher! I asked them what the 'less for cash' price was and after checking the computer the salesman gave me the same price as the internet. I ended up buying it and have no problems with the service, but a bit disappointed that their promotion of 'less for cash' is a bit misleading as their ticketed price in the store is higher than what they advertise on the internet anyway. I would have been annoyed if I bought it at that price only to find out later on the internet it is advertised cheaper by the same store.

The good guys mt gravatt are a great bunch of people always willing to go the extra mile to help out. My workplace uses them everyday and they always manage to get us out of trouble with any electrics we require. Our customer lounge Plasma TV got stolen and the good guys knew the hassles we had to go through after the theft so they promptly dropped there price as much as they could

Every time I have shopped at this store I have been impressed with the service and knowledge from the staff. Makes the shopping experience pleasant

I always get great service from sales people at the good guys.If you have cash you always get the item at a cheaper price.when i go back there to buy bags for my vaccum i get a 10% discount.

The staff were great, until i asked for them to match a price (which is in their policy that they do) and the manager was rude and abrupt. I used to be a regular customer, now i think i will choose somewhere else.
