Don’t go this store,these people are very unprofessional,very bad customer service.
I bought some stuff end of last year,I spent more than $10k and give 20% deposit and tell them to hold my stuff because on that time my house not ready .then they call me March 2022 and on that time due to covid reason my house more delay.we can’t do anything with that because everyone affected with this. I ask them to hold and another 2 months due to covid. like end of may.when i go yesterday they said your stuff not available because they sell it to someone else, how come they do that .when i ask they said me try call u but u not answer. But it’s totally wrong no one call. Because that 2 gas stove oven because i need that one now because i give all demension and wiring instructions to my builder make a space and do pre wiring for this particular model.now that model not available any of the store.

Even i ask them i’m happy to pay full amount when they call second time on that time they said its ok you no need to pay.

Its very disappointed .i spend lots of money on this store but they don’t care about that.

So i’m not recommend this store to anyone.

Nice place to visit to shop sales staff not pushy. We were only looking to match prices with other stores we visited before committing to buying.

pleasant, quick, easy, highly recomended, available stock of whatever product you may need. staff product is the best i have experienced for many years of retail shopping.

I can't say enough about The Good Guys. The service is so friendly, the products are well priced and they will go out of their way to help you. One person in particular is Mathew in the Electrical goods (ie TV). He is amazing, he goes that extra mile to help you, nothing is to hard.
That sort of service is very rare these days.

The store staff were amazing and were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was there to buy a computer and they matched my needs to the computer not just try n sell me the most expensive one there.

Wanted to buy a new camera. Spent 15 minutes in the camera section of the store looking for a staff member. No one came so we left. Went and browsed the store next door then decided we really wanted a camera so went back in to the Good Guys. Waited another 10 minutes until someone finally showed up.

Wanted a camera where the full shelf price was listed as $279.. sales girl told us it was really $369 but on sale. All the other cameras that were on sale had sale tickets on it except this one, which was odd. We tried to haggle (you know the motto, pay less pay cash) but we were told the shelf prices were set prices.. eventually she said she could give it to us for $4 less. She said that was an excellent saving. When we said we didn't want to pay that much she laughed at us and told us to start looking at cheaper cameras then. We said we would shop elsewhere and she laughed again and said to do that. She was quite rude.

When I got home I looked up the RRP of the camera and it is $300. I don't appreciate being told something is worth more than it is. Not good form Good Guys.

Unreal, I had to fit out a whole house & the salesman followed me around the store & helped me find everything i needed, great advice & very negotiable. Fast & friendly staff explained extended warranties & helped to load & secure the goods onto the ute.

The staff at the Good Guys Penrith are very wise and their knowledge on ranges of products is very outstanding. The store is layed out nicely so you can find what you are looking for without a problem.
