Awesome customer service. Staff don't pester you unless you want them to in which case they very quickly show/tell you what you want to know.

We had spent a lot of time researching for a new television and had a very good idea about what we wanted and what it was worth. We visited several stores on the day and the "good guys" had a special on the model we wanted so we returned to purchase the TV in the afternoon. We did not get the same freindly salesperson in the afternoon and we had just a few questions to ask prior to purchasing the TV. This young agressive salesperson wanted to analyze our viewing habits and proceeded to tell me that their was no difference in screen resolutions. He was extremely arrogant, rude and had no idea what he was talking about. I was actually stunned with this ego maniacs behaviour. We left the store and ended up getting the same price elswhere. Never again will we step foot in this store.
