You must NOT use Fastway couriers. I have never come across such a dishonest and incompetent business. After many bad experiences we have to instruct all our suppliers to NOT use this courier. Unfortunately a supplier occasional and unwittingly engages Fastway and we have to go through the nightmare of trying to get our goods. Fastway will accept goods for delivery even to areas they do not service. I have spoken to the local driver in the Shepparton area and he flatly refuses to drive a few hundred meters past his service area limit and will instead return goods to Bendigo or Geelong. How is this not criminal behaviour? Apparently he is on probation according to head office but we still have to chase down parcels that have been redirected 100s of kilometres away. Fastway even have the cheeck to send you a text message advising goods have been delivered when they have actually been sent back to the depots. Many parcels we never see again and have to negotiate refunds with the suppliers and those that do finally get through after being resent with another courier can be over a month later. The head office have sent me the following message -- ", I sincerely apologise for the bad service you have experienced with us at Fastway Couriers, please be assured that your comments will be passed on as we take all feedback seriously and discuss it regularly with our depots and managers. --- Well that was 7 months ago and the service is only getting worse. You have been warned!
John was asked to tile our new kitchen including a complex diagonal tile pattern. He turned up on time, did an excellent job and the whole work cost us less than expected. We highly recommend John and will use him again.

WOW, I thought Telstra had the worst service, but I had never had an insurance claim with AAMI before!! I have had my caravan in their recommended repair shop for nearly 3 months, I paid the excess, I sent photos of the damage. I have followed up OVER and OVER again by email and telephone with the repair shop and AAMI.
I have been given the run around nonstop. The caravan has still not even been assessed weeks after they finally called and said they were sending an assessor! Every time I call I am put on hold for at least 15-30 minutes and you never get to speak to someone that can actually help because all those people knock off at 5pm. I have spoken to 3 different people tonight and they never called back as promised. I told a supervisor that I wished to make a formal complaint and he said there was no way to do this and he would pass on a message (yeh right).
We have several vehicles insured with AAMI but the next time they are due I will be shopping around! AAMI are happy to take your money 24/7 but try and make a claim and you don't get top talk to anyone. DO NOT USE AAMI.

We had Christmas gifts dispatched from Dandenong on the 14th of December and apparently signed as received on the 18th of December. We never sighted the goods or received any notice in our letter box so we contacted the sender who had also made several attempts to track the goods and apparently Fastway Shepparton signed for the goods!! The only person who should ever sign for goods is the named recipient and signing by anyone else is fraudulent.
We desperately followed up with Fastway Shepparton again on December 24th from 9am onwards and none of the phone numbers even answered. We rang Fastway head office and they confirmed that Fastway Shepparton was closed on the busiest delivery day of the year and there was no hope at all of getting our Christmas presents. We finally received a call from Fastway Shepparton on the 4th of January advising that our Christmas presents were finally available for pick up from the Bicknell's Freight Depot. I asked why the presents were not delivered and was told that our address was out of his service area? I then asked why the goods were accepted for delivery by Fastway if you did not deliver to our area? The local agent got very aggressive and said he would send the goods back to the sender if I did not stop complaining!! This agent was extremely rude and threatening and this was the worst customer service we have ever experienced.
We acknowledge that the sender did put the wrong phone number on the parcel, but the address was correct. I spoke with the general manager of Fastway Australia who was helpful and he checked maps and advised that our address was well within Fastways service area and the goods should have been delivered. I also contacted the local Bicknell's depot and they also said that our address was well within their service area. Note that this complaint is only related to the Fastway Shepparton sub agent and not Bicknells Freight who actually tried to help.
The service department at Roy Hill Power in Shepparton is very disappointing. I have purchased in recent years, brand new dirt bikes, ride on mowers, 4 wheel ATV, and lots of wood cutting, garden equipment and accessories. I had the ATV serviced due to rough running a while ago and suggested that it may need a carburettor kit. $500 later the bike still ran the same and it was impossible to do weed spraying at a slow speed. I did not complain and put up with the poor service until this month.
I now have a lot of urgent slow weed spraying to do and needed the bike serviced properly. I took the bike back to Roy Hill Power and explained that the problem was not fixed in the last service, I was not after any refund or compensation but I needed it fixed properly this time. The staff were very defensive and said I should have brought it back after the last service, which is correct but was just a huge hassle and to inconvenient.
They serviced the bike again after I went into great detail about the operational symptoms, provided video evidence and suggested again that it may need a carburettor kit. Another $300 later I picked up the bike and it actually ran worse than ever, I could not get the bike to keep running or idle at all and the urgent weed spraying was now impossible.
This 3rd time I took the bike back to Roy Hill Power and got a truck load of excuses why the problem wasn't fixed or how such a problem could be difficult to find but no apology. Whilst the bike was at Roy Hill Power I simply searched for the problem on the internet and discovered that it was very common and the solutions were freely available on the internet. I called the store and advised them of my discoveries and only then did they order a couple of minor carburettor parts. (Not the full kit that is freely available on line) They even had the cheek to tell me there was no such thing as a carburettor kit. A week later the bike was finally ready for pick up and on arrival I was charged another $300 including another 2 hours labour for fitting a minor tube in the carburettor (30 minutes work).
I complained to the service department about how unfair the charges were and received no apology or discount. I contacted other service providers and they confirmed that I had really been ripped off. If you need a Yamaha bike serviced I suggest you look on the internet first and then do it yourself.

We have found Alan Roe Automotive to be very professional and thorough with excellent communication. If any issues are found with you vehicle they will let you know straight away and have the problem resolved before you pick up the vehicle. We now take all our vehicles to Alan Roe so don't put up with the typical bad service you get from the car dealerships.
We were looking forward to the opening of the new Hunters Hardware because they stock all the items that a farmer needs and you can now get everything on the weekend. For part time farmers like us, this is invaluable as most of our farm work is after normal business hours. Now fixing fences, water troughs, pumps or getting any stock feed or veterinary supplies is a much easier job. Many stores claim to have everything you need but nowhere comes as close as Hunters. Great service for the farmers.
The Bakers Delight bread is always great, but the service you get from the lovely staff at Riverside Plaza makes your day. The staff must love their job as they are always smiling and are very freindly. Well Done

I recently purchased a Galaxy Samsung Note (mobile phone)at a great price, but after a month of use it developed a screen fault. I was a little sceptical about the Kogan Australian 12 month warranty but was pleasantly surprised. The service department was great to deal with and provided excellent communication. The phone was replaced very quickly and I could not be happier. With excellent prices, freight tracking and the best warranty service I have ever experienced, I think Kogan have set the standard for online shopping. The only disappointment is that both Fedex and DHL use Australia Post for the final delivery to our farm and Australia post never deliver to the door, we always have to drive into town to pick up our goods.

We had a large group visit for a Mothers day lunch and the restauarant was very busy and it was difficult to get a table inside on such a cold day. There is plenty of outdoor seating which would be nice in summer. The service was a bit slow but expected due to the busy day. The pizzas and bread were excellent but the deserts sounded good but were very average. We would visit again on a quiet day and hopefully get better service and food .
