[redacted personal identifier] does not seem to have the customers best interest. After having many issues with a faulty tv, they would not refund me. [redacted personal identifier] agreed to have the tv repaired. Three months later and they are requesting $320 payment for the repairs. Very disappointing that [redacted personal identifier] did not stick to his word. He said that "he needs to do what's best for the company". What he fails to see is that if you do good by your customers, that in turn will do good for the business. Not the brightest spark, might I add.

Being very loyal customers of the Good Guys at Taylors Lakes we are always impressed with the service, the prices and also the - no questions asked - approach if an item we return is faulty - they replace it immediately (unlike some other well known retailers who will only send goods off for "repairs" and even then this is a huge problem). Shopping here is easy and pleasant!

I bought a camara from this shop,,, got it thursday by friday the camara pixels started to burnout,,, i bought this camara as the last one their,,,, when opening it at home i had 2 different coloured cords in the box,,, it looked like the man who sold it to me stuffed what ever he could find in the box really unhappy with The Good Guys,, Also when i took the camara back because the pixels on the screen where getting worse after a month,,, the made it out to be my fault that it was pressure damage,,, its sent off now so i don;t know what the verdict is for a few weeks now !!!!!

as soon as i walked in the door, felt rushed and uneasy, asked staff if i could look around and would ask if needed help. Just felt as being pushed to make a decision.
