Their Gluten Free Bread is amazing, having had endured other brands for some time I had resigned myself to not eating bread again as the consistency what that of a brick, but I stumbled across the Healthy Loaf products and gave them a go and was pleasantly surprised. I only wish that they could increase their production to supply the supermarkets and bring their cost down as it is very expensive but being a lover of bread I do pay the price so that I can occasionally enjoy a slice of toast and now with the Soft white bread I can actually have a sandwich again I love the consistency of this loaf very much like a soar dough bread, keep up the good work love your work.

I feel like I want to love this little 'hole in the wall' bakery more than I do. I love their frosted windows & the fact they're open longer than other bakeries on some days. I even like the business name. But I feel the bread needs 'tweaking'. My husband is a Healthy Loaf devotee, but for me.. the quality isn't consistent and something is missing from their bread. Salt? I dunno. I'm more curious about their sweet things which are still a kind-of 'trial'..and not in great quantity. Like coffee scroll-type-things.
