This is a gorgeous place to stay. Quiet and funky it makes you feel very indulged. The staff are warm and professional and carry themselves in the way you would expect for a $400 a night + hotel. We had some issues with our hot water in our room being pretty unreliable and a tap breaking but other than that our stay was very pleasant. It is fun to browse all the art work lining the halls and rooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

I LOVE this hotel!! Service was incredible, the people here really set the mood of our stay. Gorgeous room with more than the regular amenities- the history of this building is incredible and we really felt a part of it here. HIGHly recommend the Henry Jones Art Hotel.

This hotel really lived up to the promise of its website - it was a lovely modern hotel that felt very luxurious. Everything felt well thought out and overall the place was lovely. Excellent location.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It is fantastic. It was originally the IXL jam factory, and parts of the past remain throughout the hotel. It is warm inviting. Great location.

gorgeous design-driven luxury hotel in historic building right on the harbour with beautiful modern aesthetics. it's an "Art Hotel" the rooms are pricey, the suites are worth the extra money. Quality (beds, linen, fittings, furnishings) is top notch. Staff are professional and friendly, even if you look scruffy, as we did when we arrived. They have an amazing art collection, the lobby is somewhere you actually want to spend time, look around and have a drink. The bar and restaurant both live up to the high standards of the rest of this hotel. wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hobart.

Approximate cost: $300-500
