This place is fantastic It Operates in the warmer seasons on Fridays and some Sundays. Its a bar at a farm.More The bar is at 2MT's farm, where they make their delicious ales and ciders. There is a wide range of ales and two ciders both of which taste great. You can buy meat and have a BBQ or bring your own food. There is a BBQ on site .The 2MT farm is just under an hour away from Hobart. They also have a bus for $18.00 but need 15 people before they get it running. And you need to book it. The phone number for the booking is 0400 969 677.and the lady you need to talk to about it is Jane.It is a great way to spend a lazy Sunday.

We took our grand daughter here and she was amazed as were we. It's like walking into a fairy palace. The lady in the shop dressed as a fairy and was really nice. Amongst the fairy products there is also story time and they can also cater for parties. What a great place to spend time and of course money.love it.

What a great little coffee shop. It is hidden away in a little ally and its a great find. We stumbled upon it whilst dying of thirst and hunger and wasn't disappointed the staff are so friendly the food is delicious lots of cakes and slices which has to be a great thing right??? The cakes are all baked fresh, the sandwiches are made to order and are very tasty. Will definitely return to this little gem.

I found the people at OPSM to be very friendly and helpful not pushy like some optometrists i've been to. Any questions I had were answered fully and the lady helping me to pick some frames for my glasses was very honest and helpful.

We had a great Dinner at Written on Tea in the city. We started with 12 pieces of vegetarian dumplings with a filling of tofu, vegetables, vermicelli and mushrooms they were great very tasty. Then we had Crispy Squid with Spiced Salt, we were hoping it wasn't going to be a dish that would be frozen squid with a sprinkling of salt like we have had at another restaurant. We weren't disappointed this dish was great It was fresh and crispy with lots of tasty sprinkles of chilli salt.We then shared a dish of Steamed Chicken with Szechuan style chilli sauce. This dish was to die for. We had it with steamed rice. The chicken was so tender and flavoursome. The restaurant is quite nice the staff friendly and we will be going back there. Haven't been to the one at Sandy Bay so we can't comment on that premises, but the one in the city is great.

The Grand Chancellor Hotel in Launceston is close to where I needed to be. The room was ordinary. A bit out dated tho. It served it's purpose of somewhere to sleep.

This review is for Fireplace Restaurant, Hope Island QLD

The Fireplace restaurant is a Great restaurant. We were greeted and waited on by two lovely young ladies, who made us feel very welcome. We sat facing the wood-fired oven and watched Andrew and Chris ( who are the two professional chefs) cook. Our meal was delicious with the steak just melting in my mouth. My partner had salmon and said it was fantastic. The tables are big enough that you can sit comfortably without having to juggle dishes around. It was a great night out money well spent.
