We had the best experience organising our wedding reception with Highline! Our coordinator and our room manager were nothing short of amazing - they are so incredibly attentive, responsive and proactive, as were all the other staff we met. We had so many compliments made about the food, decor and service and our reception ran so smoothly, without a glitch. We had the most perfect evening and would 100% recommend hosting your event at Highline.

Very nice venue for wedding and other functions. However, keep your eyes out for the waitresess, after serving into the bowls for the guests, any left over food on the plate is being taken into containers and hidden under their trolley. If there are 9 people at a table of 10, the last service is being taken away by the waitress while the guests are eating. This is the first that I ever seen in Australia. What an embarassment for a high class venue. Not to mention my last course was not served (Vegetarian courses) while we are on the dance floor, they probably think that we're drunk and won't take notice.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do future self a favour and do not book any event here. Communication with their team has been frustrating, exhausting and overall disappointing. It's extremely hard to reach team members over the phone (either there's an issue with the phone lines or there are no staff are available to pick it up) and even through email I've found myself constantly having to follow up after no response for days.

Additionally, the sales staff have no empathy and care more about your money than actually providing a good service. There have been multiple occassions where they try to create urgency to get you to make decisions and lock yourself into contracts/deals however they are not there to assist if you want any clarity or support. It's unfair and unprofessional.
